What type of training accessories do you offer for sniffer dogs?
We provide a range of hard-wearing training accessories specifically designed for sniffer dogs and scent trailing dogs. Our products are crafted to meet the high standards of both professional trainers and dedicated enthusiasts.Are your products suitable for both professionals and amateurs ?
Yes, our training accessories are designed to meet the needs of both discerning professionals and serious amateurs. We focus on quality and durability, ensuring that all users can benefit from our best-in-breed products.How can I ensure the right fit for my dog ?
Our scent tubes stand at 25cm tall, with a 12cm aperture. They are designed for all breeds and dogs of all sizes.
How can the scent tubes and scent covers be cleaned ?
Our products will withstand brief exposure to boiling water. We recommend rinsing in boiling water. While the products are dishwasher proof, we don't advise cleaning them this way, as the detegent leaves a trace odour of its own.
Where are your products made ?
Our products are designed in Devon and manufactured in Gloucestershire, UK as a part of a family enterprise. We use ethically sourced and recyclable products wherever possible.
Can I recycle my ScentientK9s products?
The plastic elements of our products are made from PET-G. This is widely used for water bottles and food containers, and is therefore widely recycled.
Can I leave my SciententK9s products outside ?
Yes, the products are designed to withstand exposure to the elements - whether that's sun or rain.
Can I have a custom colour or design ?
We're happy to quote for custom colours, and also for specific modifications such as custom tube heights or diameters. Please note that custom orders are exempt from the Distance Selling regulations, and that such sales are 'final'.
Do you offer discounts for training or owners clubs ?
We're active members of the scent training community ourselves, and will do what we can to support the expansion of scent training in the UK. Contact us with details of your organisation and your needs and we'll try to help!
